Purpose
All I Know About Teacher Li is a 20-minute immersive mixed reality documentary that recounts the true story of "Teacher Li," a Chinese art student in Italy who became a central figure in one of China's largest pro-democracy protests. By using Twitter to share uncensored news during the country's COVID-19 lockdowns, Teacher Li mobilized global attention. The experience explores censorship, digital activism, and the personal cost of dissent—told through the lens of a friend reflecting on what they think they know about him.
